What's in my January 2018 Fab Bag?

I’m very happy to receive my second beauty subscription box of the year so early. Earlier it was the Euphorbia Box and now its time to welcome my first Fab Bag of 2018. I’m totally head over heels in love with my January 2018 Fab Bag. I love both the bag and products. Totally no disappointments for me!

The January 2018 Fab Bag is themed The Beauty Blowout. And yes it did blow me out with its great choice of products. The selection of bag itself is to be appreciated. The metallic textured bag is so loveable and the color I received is to die for. The quality is top notch and surely it has the capacity to hold a lot of products.

Coming to the products that I received, I got a total of 6 products out if which, 2 of them were full sized and the rest are sample sized.

SUGAR Contour De Force Mini Bronzer 02 Woody Wood

This was my choice of product. I got to choose the bronzer among few other products from Sugar and Bella Voste. The mini bronzer is available in two shades. I picked up 02 Woody Wonder, a warm brown shade perfect to create a subtle, sun kissed look. The other shade 01 Taupe Topper is a cool toned Brown Grey Undertone. The bronzer is super silky to touch and has a sheer, matte, light texture which makes the blending an absolute dream. Above all, the formula is free of parabens, mineral oil, D5 and nano ingredients.

SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon Lipstick 07 Viola

If you haven’t tried any of Sugar Matte As Hell Lip Crayons, you surely missed something. I urge you to try them. These lip crayons are pure love and worth the money. I already have the Marry Poppins Shade which is a beautiful instantly brightening fuschia shade. On the other hand, this one Viola is a subtle everyday kind of shade. It is a peach brown shade that would look good on all skin tones. A great companion for bold smokey eye makeup I would say. Fabbag sent out only a sample sized version, still no disappointments! I’m glad to have another shade in this range.

Nirvaana Handmade Soap – Charcoal

Handmade Soaps are so good for your skin. Certainly they are very different from those commercial ones. I received Nirvaana Handmade Soap in Charcoal variant. I’m pretty excited to try this out as I loved my previous charcoal soaps from Pratha Naturals and Ecoberry. The packaging says it contains Active Charcoal, Coconut Oil, Essential Oils with Glycerine and permitted colours.

Vedantika Herbals Rose Sandal Face Wash

Vedantika is a brand that has been on my wishlist. It is an ayurvedic brand and their products have therapeutic properties. I always thought their products come in dry forms, so I was surprised to see this liquid face wash. I received the Rose Sandal Face Wash. It is a gel based face wash with a nice rose fragrance.

Kronokare Hydrate The Hair Shampoo

Most of them received some of the best seller products. That’s what Fab Bag says. And I was keeping my fingers crossed that I shouldn’t receive a product that I already have. And yesss I was lucky enough to get this product as I haven’t used this before. Also Kronokare is a nice brand and I have tried a couple of Kronokare products which I enjoyed using them. This is their Hydrate The Hair Shampoo and the formula is free of SLS, Parabens, Silicones and Mineral Oil.

Acnes Purifying Foaming Face Wash

At last, I got 2 sachets of this Acnes Face Wash. No doubt, these will go into my travel pouch. Although I’m not really fond of sachets in subscription boxes, I’m kind of ok since it’s a face wash. Especially one that is meant for oily acne prone skin. It is a purifying face wash containing White Tea Leaf Extract and Licorice Root Extract. It also claims to control oil and remove germs.

Overall, I’m very happy with the products of my January 2018 Fab Bag. I got products that were to my liking. Above all, the bag is the stunner. Totally loved this months bag. Do subscribe to this month’s bag.
